儿童行为量表主要用于筛查儿童的行为问题和社交方面的能力，由熟悉儿童的家长或监护人填写，建议为长期和儿童生活在一起的父母填写。儿童行为量表主要包含两个方面的内容：
1、社会能力
包括：参考体育运动，参加课外活动，参加家务劳动，与他人相处，在学校的学习情况，
2、行为问题
根据相关行为问卷来分析，其内容包括：社交退缩，思维问题，遵守纪律，抑郁焦虑，多动，攻击性行为，强迫性行为等。
量表操作注意
1、建议由生活在一起的父母，或者是监护人操作填写。
2、所有问卷题请根据最近6个月的行为表现来评定。
3、量表得分越高，则表示儿童行为问题越大。
4、量表测试仅供参考，如果有异常提示，务必及时就医。
